When a return is accepted, 68back.com will process your refund according to the following policy:
- Refunds will be credited within 15 days after confirmation from our experts.
- Applicable charges (Shipping, COD) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund amounts will only be credited to the customer’s bank account.
- You may choose between:
- Receiving a refund to your bank account
- Exchanging for the same product
- If you exchange for a different product of the same or lower price, the difference will not be refunded.
- If you exchange for a higher-priced product, you must pay the difference between the refund amount and the new product’s price.
- Reverse pickup charges (Rs. 120) will be deducted from your refundable amount if we arrange pickup.
- The full refund process may take up to 15 days after our experts confirm the return is eligible.
