Return Policy

At 68back.com, we provide you an opportunity to return or exchange products purchased on our website. Please review our returns criteria:

  1. Return or exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of receiving your products. Exchange will be done within 3-4 days
  2. Price tags, identification tags, invoice, and original packaging must remain intact and be sent back.
  3. Products should not show signs of use, damage, or scratches that diminish their value.
  4. You must include your order number and order date with your return.
  5. Products must be returned with the original invoice. Returns without original tags or invoice will not be accepted.
  6. Return packages should be properly sealed. Products damaged during return shipping will be sent back to you and not considered for return.
  7. All returned products will be inspected by our experts who will determine whether to accept or reject the return.
  8. Returns will only be accepted after inspection and acknowledgment by our experts.
  9. Returned products will be exchanged for the same product when possible. If unavailable, we will initiate a refund.
  10. Reverse pickup charges are Rs. 120. Alternatively, you may send items via courier yourself. If we arrange pickup, Rs. 120 will be deducted from your refundable amount.

Note: Ensure no scratches are made on the glasses of the product. Frames should not be bent or twisted. All screws and embedments should remain intact. Products must be returned with all original boxes, instructions, and guarantees.
